If you clever man, and nobody take pains or care for you, what will you do?
We have many genius people in our country, and they emigrate to work overseas, or to study there
Now, we can ask why they emigrate.
In our country we have no chance for education or to work. Because we have the worst political and economical situation in the world.
So because of this effect most of professional and clever men emigrate outside.
When we think for one minute. We'll know this big trouble.
So we must find solving to this problem
Government must know who have these qualifications and give him chance to serve his country, instead of making him emigrate overseas.

At last, if we want our society to be the best, we'll pay clever people to stay and serve our society.
